Philip Vinogradov - Director with Upper Dublin School District

With 25 years of experience in education, Philip Vinogradov is the director of technology and innovation at the Upper Dublin School District, where he oversees the development of technology that supports transformative learning. In the role, Philip Vinogradov also leads one-to-one learning initiatives that draw on personal development, collaboration, and formative assessment.

Since joining the district in 2015, Mr. Vinogradov has also overseen the development and implementation of a classroom infrastructure and telecommunications strategy that included an Infinite Campus SIS migration.

Before this, Philip Vinogradov worked at the Centennial School District, where he was the director of the 21st-century learning lab. While there, he also served as a kindergarten to 12th-grade instructional technology specialist, making him responsible for developing educational resources for students and school faculty that focused on emerging educational technologies.

The roles also saw him manage the digital media labs while also administering the district’s Google and Canvas programs. Alongside his academic qualifications, he is a Google-certified innovator.
